This past weekend I hosted 50+ friends and family in my home following a memorial service.  My one worry was how i could get back to my house from the cemetery before my guests arrived to set up the food and beverage.  I was so fortunate to have the services of Marcia and Sotto Voce recommended to me.  I walked into my home and everything was done.  The coffee was out, the platters arranged, the outdoor seating set-up.  Through out the afternoon Marcia efficiently removed empty plates and cups, bagged the garbage and brought it outside.  Platters were refilled and ice buckets topped off.  As the event was winding down she washed the empty platters, placed the leftovers in the fridge and left the kitchen cleaner than it was when she arrived. Having Marcia take care of everything allowed me to be a guest, I was able to talk to my family and friends and know that I didn't have to worry about being on top of all the details that make an event successful.  Thank you to Marcia and Sotto Voce Concierge, I certainly will use the services again should the need arise.

My daughter's backyard wedding plans went from 12 to 30 guests really quickly and we realized that doing it all ourselves was not going to allow us to enjoy the event at all. I reached out to Marcia and Larry for event help, and they walked through the plan details with us with care. They treated this event as if it were their own, so they were very intent on asking questions to be sure no stone was left unturned.  I'm so thankful for their tireless work, their attention to detail, their obvious genuine caring and their proactive approach. They brought with them extra supplies that we didn't think about and made sure the timing went according to plan. I cannot imagine having accomplished this event without them.
